Apple Pay Shortcut

Automatically add transactions to FinanceFlow every time you pay with Apple Pay.

Requirements

• iPhone with iOS 16.4 or newer
• Installed Shortcuts app
• FinanceFlow account with a generated API token

Step 1 — Generate an API token

1. Open FinanceFlow → Settings
2. Find the API Token section
3. Click Generate token
4. Copy the token to your clipboard

Step 2 — Install the shortcut

1. Open the shortcut link: Install FinanceFlow Shortcut
2. During import, you will be asked for your API token — paste the copied token
3. Click Add Shortcut

Step 3 — Create automation

1. Open the Shortcuts app
2. Go to the Automation tab
3. Click + → Create Personal Automation
4. Select Wallet & Apple Pay
5. Choose a card or Any Card
6. Add the Run Shortcut action → select FinanceFlow
7. Disable "Ask Before Running"
8. Click Done

From now on, every Apple Pay payment will automatically add a transaction to FinanceFlow.
